August 2023 Numerology Influence
What part do we play in love and responsibility? Is it conscious, balanced and progressive?
This month August has the Universal energy of 6, “Love, Healing and Responsibility”. We calculate this by adding the 8 (August = 8th Month) with 2023. 8+2+0+2+3 = 15/6.

The 1 is direct and has an ego
The 5 is about communication
1 and 5 are a dynamic partnership, very active partnership that loves to bring about dynamic change.
The 6 is harmony or can be disharmony. There is a change happening and its about justice and agreement
Things will need bold and direct action to bring about change for justice. You will be finding you want to have the last say.
This month the 6 energy or characteristic is that of responsibility. Let us look at the dictionary meaning of responsibility
the state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or of having control over someone
the state or fact or being accountable or to blame for something
So if you recall we are in a 7 Universal year - the year for thinking. Time for inspired thinking, of scientific and spiritual wisdom. In this year of thinking the invitation this month is to take a balanced look at your responsibilities.
What are you responsible for?
Where does your responsibility start and end?
Do you take on the burden of others?
Do you allow and nurture them to overcome the challenge they are facing themselves?
You may feel called to fix things by taking over. When this becomes a repetitive behaviour you may feel burdened by the responsibility.
Saying NO can be very transformative. Just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should. Just because you have always done something doesn’t mean you need to continue to do so. A NO every now and then can lead to great change and often for the highest good of both parties.
Another characteristic of the 6 is perfection. Always looking for beauty and perfection. You may be tested this month to look for a deeper meaning of what perfect is to you. For some using the mantra "DONE is better than perfect" may help. It allows you to progress and bring your view of things into balance. You can perfect things later but if you don't get started there is nothing to perfect.
The circumstances you find yourself in August are going to require your attention. Lets face it things are moving fast. This 6 energy this month invites you to take some time renovate your life, review your family life, the day to day running of all things.
The key is to work on the balance of giving and receiving.
Take time out and pay attention to the little things. If you have kids kick the ball around, laugh lots, have fun, enjoy. If you have been meaning to catch up with friends make the effort to connect, eat together , play music, and enjoy the love of connection. Take care of the people that mean a lot to you.
August will offer a special time to appreciate and give special attention to all beings but especially children. See them, hear them and most of all be present with them. Teach them love through understanding and encouragement. Teach them there are consequences for our actions. Show them nurturing, kindness, inclusion and connection. The consequence of these actions is LOVE.
This month with the 6 energy we get to recognise love in its many forms. To respect boundaries, to respect everyone, and every living thing.
To conclude, the invitation this month is to learn the difference between helping and interfering, accepting love, allowing love in a balanced way of giving and receiving. To bring healing to something and to reframe, renovate and revitalise all things with LOVE.
